Warning to all: steer clear of this printer company unless you fancy throwing your hard-earned cash into a bottomless pit! These guys are the masters of scamming - they could give lessons on how to swindle and bamboozle. I’m knee-deep in legal battles with them for consumer fraud. They promised me the moon with their printer, but guess what? It’s more like a paperweight that costs as much as a car! They fed me sweet nothings about its capabilities, and now I'm stuck with a useless machine and a giant loan. Don't be fooled by their slick sales talk. It’s like walking into the shadiest used car lot, where they'll bleed you dry and leave you stranded. Their whole game is trickery, making false promises and then vanishing with your money. Six months in, and I haven’t produced a single sellable item. I couldn’t even give this stuff away to charity! If you’re itching to waste money, go hit a casino or a club. At least there, losing money comes with a side of fun. Research this company, and the shady characters running it. The owner has cultivated a den of thieves, all too eager to lie and cheat for a quick buck, without a second thought for the little guy. So, if you're feeling lucky, or just love nightmares, by all means, give them a whirl. But don't say I didn't warn you! 🚨💸🚫🖨️😵‍💫

About a month ago, I purchased this paper and found it hard for me to use it. I was too quick to give up on it and left a bad comment here on Google. I was wrong. I'd like to retract that negative comment and apologize. As much as I wanted to at the time, I never did send the paper back for a refund, and I'm very glad I didn't. I just happened to get some practice on this paper last night, and within a few minutes, I finally learned how to use it. I am very happy with the results, and I was able to get a lot of work done today. I am sorry about that. I forgot sometimes that in this line of work, patience and practice are necessary when going from one level to another. So I wanted to make it my business to come online today and make things right. I've replaced my previous paper with this paper. It's worth it. Thank you.

Derek in tech support is fantastic! He spent about two hours helping me get my printer back up and running. Part of my issue was other software interference. Once I was back online, he walked me through the process of loading and printing my images. He helped make sure I understood how to change a few settings that would maximize my chances for a better looking transfer. This is the second time I have used tech support, and feel like I get better support from Garment Printer Ink than anyone else. It’s part of the reason why I buy from them rather than someone here in Arizona. I can’t say enough how grateful I am that Derek took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my prints.

I have had my DTG printer for a little over a year now and every time I try to use it I have major issues!! I ask for help and no one will help me. They tell me my warranty is out of date which no one told me that it was even up for expiration. Now I’m responsible for buying a new print head for a printer that has never worked properly and they won’t help me with any of it! I’m $20,000 in of my own money and now having to pay more for a printer that that doesn’t work! Worst brand and company I have ever worked with! I will never buy anything from them again!!!

Garment ink is a great company to get my supplies from for my DTG printer. Leah answers the phone and is very nice to talk to, she tells you whats best to use. James in technical support was awesome. I ran into issues with my printer. The white ink clogged he told me what to do , that down time was 2-3 days. He gave me step by step instructions on what i had to do by the 3rd day the clog was gone. He was very nice and very helpful he didn't rush me off the phone. I'm Happy my machine is now up and running . 😊

I have to tell you that it is so rare to see great customer service these days, but this company has it down. I ordered a printer and other stuff for my wife's business, and within 10 minutes had a personal call from the company thanking me for the order. I am telling you right now, they have a customer for life just because they understand the personal touch! Danny, you're a great guy, thanks again for the call and the help!
